About HighTechCOM
HighTechCOM was founded in 2009 by Philipp Moosbauer with a clear customer-centric vision inspired by Jeff Bezos: build technology that creates real value for users and improve it every single day. What started as an e-commerce driven company has grown into a technology provider focused on high-performance electric drive systems and engineering services.
From e-commerce to high-performance drive systems
Under the brand tallox, HighTechCOM became one of the best-selling chainsaw chain suppliers on Amazon. Years of work in this demanding market created deep experience in product development, quality management and real-world field use under harsh conditions.
Building on this foundation, we developed our own platform for electric drive systems. It powers a high-performance chainsaw drive with significantly higher power than many conventional petrol saws and offers an Android touch display with intelligent control features. The flexible system architecture can be adapted to many other applications and industries.
What we do today
Today HighTechCOM combines hands-on field experience with deep engineering expertise. We support OEMs and engineering teams with:

Leadership
HighTechCOM is led by founder Philipp Moosbauer, who combines entrepreneurial experience from building the tallox brand with a strong technical background. Together with a network of engineers and specialists in electronics, firmware, mechanics and software, we support customers from early concepts through prototypes to robust series products.
Looking ahead
Our goal is to keep pushing the limits of what electric drives and embedded control can do – in chainsaws, motorbikes, boats, construction equipment, industrial automation and beyond.
