Mechanical CAD Design and Manufacturing Drawings

What we do
We deliver production-ready mechanical CAD data — clean parametric models, robust assemblies, and professional drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T to ISO/DIN/ASME). Every package includes a supplier-friendly “Build Pack” so parts can be quoted and manufactured without back-and-forth questions.
The outcomes we aim for
-
DFM/DFA considered from the start (injection molding, machining, sheet metal)
-
Fewer fit issues through tolerance stacks and clearly defined reference surfaces/datums
-
Fast changes thanks to cleanly structured feature trees and configurations
-
Complete drawing and bill-of-materials packages that suppliers actually use
Services
-
Concept → CAD — packaging space, mechanisms, variants, fast 3D for decision-making
-
Parametric parts & assemblies — plastic, sheet metal, machined parts, cast and welded structures
-
Drawings & GD&T — ISO 1101 / ASME Y14.5, surface callouts, weld symbols (DIN EN ISO 2553)
-
DFM/DFA reviews — demolding/draft, wall thicknesses, stiffening ribs, tool accessibility, realistic CNC machining
-
Tolerance analysis — worst-case/RSS, 1D/2D tolerance stacks, functional gauges & inspection plans
-
ECAD–MCAD — PCB STEP/IDF, keep-out zones, connector accessibility, sealing/EMI, cooling paths
-
Reverse engineering — scan/mesh → NURBS/feature-based CAD; reconstruction of legacy data
-
Design automation — templates, design tables, macros/configurators
-
PDM/PLM setup — part numbering systems, revisions, title blocks, release workflows
-
Visualization — renderings, exploded views, technical illustrations

Data security & compliance
By default we work under NDA, with version-controlled data storage and optional EU-only data hosting. On request, we can mirror your existing PDM/PLM system (e.g., SolidWorks PDM, Teamcenter, Windchill).
FAQ
Will we get fully editable models?
Yes — with clean feature trees, meaningful sketch names, and no broken references.
Metric or imperial?
Both. For customers in Germany we default to SI units (DIN/ISO).
Can you follow our drawing layout?
Yes. Send us your title block, preferred fonts, and layer structure — we will reproduce the layout exactly.
Is light FEA included?
Where it reduces geometry risk, yes — otherwise we can coordinate a full FEA as an add-on service if needed.
Can you work with our PCB team?
Yes — we support STEP/IDF workflows and define keep-out zones as well as service and connector clearance areas.
